Product protection: The charger is equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, and overtemperature protection circuits.
Working temperature: 0°C-40°C, full load, normal operation.
Working humidity: 5% (0°C) ~95% (40°C), 72 hours, full load, normal operation.
Drop test: Use the complete product as a sample, which should be carried out three times. It should be dropped onto a hardwood surface. The location should be at the place where the most unfavorable results are likely to occur. A height of 100cm, and a free fall on a 20mm thick board. The appearance is allowed to have wear and tear. But there should be no cracks, the input plug should not be loose or skewed, and all functions should be normal.
Insulation resistance: The input DC 500 V insulation resistance between the AC input and DC output of the XXXV/YYYYA charger is greater than 5MΩ.
Product temperature rise: The surface temperature is tested with rated input and rated load. The temperature rise of the outer shell meets safety standards.
Wire swing test: The wire is pulled with a heavy load of 200g, bent at ±60°, 10 times/min, 1000 times. There is no damage to the wire after the test.
Product aging: The product must be burned for at least 2 hours at an environment of 40°C±5°C and 100% rated load.
Estimate of mean time between failures: Mean time between failures: 50,000 hours, 25°C environment and rated input and full load conditions.
